Point-to-Point, or ‘Line of Sight’, WiFi allows for quicker, cheaper and less invasive installation than fibre optic connections. Rather than having to go via a physical line through the building(s), data is transmitted through the air from one point to another.
If you only have a short amount of time to establish a fast internet connection for your building, this is an excellent solution. It also has the added advantage of being resilient to external factors such as construction work or bad weather, which can disrupt wired connections.
